Changes to Requirements
Upon first enrollment at UC Davis, CS and CSE transfer students should meet with the undergraduate adviser to determine the acceptability of courses taken at other institutions.
All petitions to modify major or degree requirements must be submitted to the Computer Science Undergraduate Affairs Committee PRIOR TO ENROLLMENT in the substitute course. Petitions submitted after the fact will be considered only in hardship cases.
Petitions from CSE majors will be reviewed by the Computer Science Undergraduate Affairs Committee (CSUGA) and by the College of Engineering Student Relations Committee. All petitions are to be submitted to the department undergraduate adviser for review by CSUGA. Petitions may be obtained from the the College of Engineering Dean's office.
