This directory contains 

  (1) test matrices which are presented in the matrix-vector 
      multiplication format.   

  (2) test matrices which are presented in suboutine routine 
      format 

These matrices are of variable size, and often depend on parameters 
that influence the eigenvalues.

Note: 

  (a) the matrix-block-vector multiplications are not optmizated. 

  (b) the matrix-block-vector multiplications make it convenient
      for a block algorithm
