PPHS finds the intervals which have unique solutions when the input data has recombinations. 
(DPPH is used to find the unique solutions in each interval)

The program has two options for users to select:
 (1) the detailed segments starting from each site:
     PPHS outputs the longest interval which has a unique solution starting from each site. 
 (2) consecutive and nonoverlapped segments:
     PPHS outputs consecutive and nonoverlapped intervals. Each interval is the longest one starting from that position.
