CNN features VIDI's Bullying Network Visualization! (10/10/2011)
Our paper "A Rendering Framework for Multi-Scale Views of 3D Models" has been acceptd by SIGGRAPH Asia 2011 for presentation and publication.
The 2011 Ultrascale Visualization Workshop, organized by Professor Ma and Dr. M. Papka, will be held on November 13th, co-located with SC2011
Professor Ma is chairing LDAV 2011 (the first IEEE Symposium on Large Data Analysis and Visualization), which will be held during October 23-24 and co-located with VisWeek 2011.
Our paper "A Scalable Multi-Scale Framework for Parallel Simulation and Visualization of Microbial Evolution" has won best paper awards in both the Best of Show and Science Track categories of TeraGrid'11 (July 2011).
