How to install ISPELL (version 3.1.20) under Windows 98
    -------------------------------------------------------

(1) Download and unzip the file, putting the result in c:\ispell

(2) Change your PATH so that it includes c:\ispell\bin.  Reboot.

(3) Go to  c:\ispell\source\languages\English and type the command
       buildhas english.med english.aff c:\ispell\lib\english.has

(4) Add the following line to config.sys: 

       DEVICE=C:\WINDOWS\COMMAND\ANSI.SYS
   
    (For me, this was the only line in my config.sys.)
