Hotel
The hotel reservation is now open. The Motif Seattle is in the heart of Seattle downtown and will be the center of conference activity. Stay there if you can! The hotel is fantastic and earned a Certificate of Excellence on TripAdvisor.
The room rate is USD 189.00 / Night (Excluding Taxes & Fees). The rate is available until October 15, 2016. Reserve a room at the Motif Seattle.
Note: The hotel reservation system mentions an amenity fee of $12.95/night. This amenity fee is actually waived for ACM. (Unfortunately the hotel is not able to change the wording on the website when making a reservation because that would take the verbiage out for all reservations.)
We have a Room Sharing program. This is a great way to offset hotel costs and make new connections.

All registrations include an electronic download of the proceedings as well as a printed copy of FSE Conference Yearbook.

Conference Yearbook Each attendee will receive a printed yearbook, similar in format to school yearbooks. Attendees who opt-in to the yearbook can provide additional information about yourself as well as whether they are hiring or are looking for job, and/or got promoted or recently changed job. There is no cost for the yearbook (unless you want to buy ads). The yearbook is part of your registration. You will receive a separate email with opt-in/opt-out and information on how to complete your yearbook-entry after in mid-September.We are giving attendees an opportunity to purchase space in the yearbook for advertisements that they can use to publicize events, research, tools, or use in any way they would like. Examples can be seen here. If you purchase space, you will be contacted with further details. You will need to deliver your ad by mid-October. Advertisements will appear in the back of the yearbook that each attendee receives. We reserve the right to not include advertisement that we deem offensive or inappropriate. |
