Roommate Matching

FSE 2016 is happy to help participants find roommates to offset hotel costs. If you are interested in finding a roommate, we will help match people who have similar lodging needs.

Room Sharing Form

The organizers, Reid and Katie, will do their best to match gender preferences and schedules on a first-come-first-serve basis. Booking the room, payment, transportation, and other logistics must be worked out by the participants.

Reid Holmes, Katie Stolee, the FSE conference and its organizers, and FSE funding organizations are in no way liable for any issues that may arise, including but not limited to payment, arguments, and room damage. All participants must register for the conference before they can be connected to a roommate. The information collected as part of this program will be kept confidential and deleted upon completion of the conference.

Contact the organizers with any questions: ktstolee AT ncsu DOT edu and rtholmes AT cs DOT ubc DOT ca.
