Studying protein conformational changes.

This directory contains 31 protein pairs (a total of 62 individual structures)
that was originally studied by U. Bastolla and Y. Dehouck
(ref: U. Bastolla and Y. Dehouck, "Can Conformational Changes of Proteins 
Be Represented in Torsion Angle Space? A Study with Rescaled Ridge Regression",
J. Chem. Inf. Model., 59, 4929-4941, 2019).

The file list_pair defines the 31 pairs.
The PDB file have been trimmed, so that the two conformations of a given pair
have exactly the same number of residues, i.e. the same number of Ca atoms.
Note that this is not true when all atoms are considered.
