In the following table the consonants are presented in groups.

As before, you can see Telugu characters and their corresponding representation in RIT (in blue) as well as in an alternative (in black). If you master the RIT representation of Telugu characters, you can indeed read and write in Telugu using RIT (i.e., in Roman script) alone, without ever learning the Telugu script. (Eventually, it is a good idea to learn the script) as almost all the Telugu literature is in Telugu script.
